And [mention] when Abraham said, "My Lord, show me how You give life to the dead." [Allah] said, "Have you not believed?" He said, "Yes, but [I ask] only that my heart may be satisfied." [Allah] said, "Take four birds and commit them to yourself. Then [after slaughtering them] put on each hill a portion of them; then call them - they will come [flying] to you in haste. And know that Allah is Exalted in Might and Wise."

And when Abraham said, ‘My Lord! Show me how You revive the dead,’ He said, ‘Do you not believe?’ He said, ‘Yes indeed, but in order that my heart may be at rest.’ He said, ‘Catch four of the birds. Then cut them into pieces, and place a part of them on every mountain, then call them; they will come to you hastening. And know that Allah is all-mighty and all-wise.’

And when Abraham said (unto his Lord): My Lord! Show me how Thou givest life to the dead, He said: Dost thou not believe? Abraham said: Yea, but (I ask) in order that my heart may be at ease. (His Lord) said: Take four of the birds and cause them to incline unto thee, then place a part of them on each hill, then call them, they will come to thee in haste, and know that Allah is Mighty, Wise.

When Abraham said: "Show me, Lord, how You will raise the dead, " He replied: "Have you no faith?" He said "Yes, but just to reassure my heart." Allah said, "Take four birds, draw them to you, and cut their bodies to pieces. Scatter them over the mountain-tops, then call them back. They will come swiftly to you. Know that Allah is Mighty, Wise."

And when Abraham said, 'My Lord, show me how Thou wilt give life to the dead,' He said, 'Why, dost thou not believe?' 'Yes,' he said, 'but that my heart may be at rest.' Said He, 'Take four birds, and twist them to thee, then set a part of them on every hill, then summon them, and they will come to thee running. And do thou know that God is All-mighty, All-wise.'

و [یاد کنید] هنگامی که ابراهیم گفت: پروردگارا! به من نشان ده که مردگان را چگونه زنده می کنی؟ [خدا] فرمود: آیا [به قدرتم نسبت به زنده کردن مردگان] ایمان نیاورده ای؟! گفت: چرا، ولی [مشاهده این حقیقت را خواستم] تا قلبم آرامش یابد. [خدا] فرمود: پس چهار پرنده بگیر و آنها را [برای دقت در آفرینش هر یک] به خود نزدیک کن، و [بعد از کشتن، ریز ریز کردن و مخلوط کردنشان به هم] بر هر کوهی [در این منطقه] بخشی از آنها را قرار ده، سپس آنها را بخوان که شتابان به سویت می آیند؛ و بدان که یقیناً خدا توانای شکست ناپذیر و حکیم است.

و [یاد کن‌] آنگاه که ابراهیم گفت: «پروردگارا، به من نشان ده؛ چگونه مردگان را زنده می‌کنی؟» فرمود: «مگر ایمان نیاورده‌ای؟» گفت: «چرا، ولی تا دلم آرامش یابد.» فرمود: «پس، چهار پرنده برگیر، و آنها را پیش خود، ریز ریز گردان؛ سپس بر هر کوهی پاره‌ای از آنها را قرار ده؛ آنگاه آنها را فرا خوان، شتابان به سوی تو می‌آیند، و بدان که خداوند توانا و حکیم است.»

İbrahim: "Rabbim! Ölüleri nasıl dirilttiğini bana göster" dediğinde, "İnanmıyor musun?" deyince de, "Hayır öyle değil, fakat kalbim iyice kansın" demişti. "Öyleyse dört çeşit kuş al, onları kendine alıştır, sonra onları parçalayıp her dağın üzerine bir parça koy, sonra onları çağır; koşarak sana gelirler. O halde Allah'ın güçlü ve Hakim olduğunu bil" demişti.

Dan (ingatlah) ketika Ibrahim berkata: "Ya Tuhanku, perlihatkanlah kepadaku bagaimana Engkau menghidupkan orang-orang mati". Allah berfirman: "Belum yakinkah kamu?" Ibrahim menjawab: "Aku telah meyakinkannya, akan tetapi agar hatiku tetap mantap (dengan imanku) Allah berfirman: "(Kalau demikian) ambillah empat ekor burung, lalu cincanglah semuanya olehmu. (Allah berfirman): "Lalu letakkan diatas tiap-tiap satu bukit satu bagian dari bagian-bagian itu, kemudian panggillah mereka, niscaya mereka datang kepadamu dengan segera". Dan ketahuilah bahwa Allah Maha Perkasa lagi Maha Bijaksana.

اور اس موقع کو یاد کرو جب ابراہیم علیھ السّلامنے التجا کی کہ پروردگار مجھے یہ دکھا دے کہ تو مفِدوںکو کس طرح زندہ کرتا ہے . ارشاد ہوا کیا تمہارا ایمان نہیں ہے . عرض کی ایمان توہے لیکن اطمینان چاہتا ہوں . ارشاد ہوا کہ چار طائر پکڑلو اور انہیں اپنے سے مانوس بناؤ پھر ٹکڑے ٹکڑے کرکے ہر پہاڑ پر ایک حصّہ رکھ دو اور پھرآواز دو سب دوڑتے ہوئے آجائیں گے اور یاد رکھو کہ خدا صاحبِ عزّت بھی اور صاحبِ حکمت بھی

আর স্মরণ কর, যখন ইব্রাহীম বলল, হে আমার পালনকর্তা আমাকে দেখাও, কেমন করে তুমি মৃতকে জীবিত করবে। বললেন; তুমি কি বিশ্বাস কর না? বলল, অবশ্যই বিশ্বাস করি, কিন্তু দেখতে এজন্যে চাইছি যাতে অন্তরে প্রশান্তি লাভ করতে পারি। বললেন, তাহলে চারটি পাখী ধরে নাও। পরে সেগুলোকে নিজের পোষ মানিয়ে নাও, অতঃপর সেগুলোর দেহের একেকটি অংশ বিভিন্ন পাহাড়ের উপর রেখে দাও। তারপর সেগুলোকে ডাক; তোমার নিকট দৌড়ে চলে আসবে। আর জেনে রাখো, নিশ্চয়ই আল্লাহ পরাক্রমশালী, অতি জ্ঞান সম্পন্ন।
