The hypocrites will call to the believers, "Were we not with you?" They will say, "Yes, but you afflicted yourselves and awaited [misfortune for us] and doubted, and wishful thinking deluded you until there came the command of Allah. And the Deceiver deceived you concerning Allah.

They will call out to them, ‘Did we not use to be with you?’ They will say, ‘Yes! But you cast yourselves into perdition. You awaited and were skeptical, and [false] hopes deceived you until the edict of Allah came, and the Deceiver deceived you concerning Allah.

They will cry unto them (saying): Were we not with you? They will say: Yea, verily; but ye tempted one another, and hesitated, and doubted, and vain desires beguiled you till the ordinance of Allah came to pass; and the deceiver deceived you concerning Allah;

(Those without) will call out, "Were we not with you?" (The others) will reply, "True! but ye led yourselves into temptation; ye looked forward (to our ruin); ye doubted (Allah's Promise); and (your false) desires deceived you; until there issued the Command of Allah. And the Deceiver deceived you in respect of Allah.

They shall be calling unto them, 'Were we not with you?' They shall say, 'Yes indeed; but you tempted yourselves, and you awaited, and you were in doubt, and fancies deluded you, until God's commandment came, and the Deluder deluded you concerning God.

مؤمنان را ندا می دهند: آیا ما [در دنیا] با شما نبودیم؟ می گویند: چرا، ولی شما خود را [به سبب نفاق و دشمنی با خدا و رسول] در بلا و هلاکت افکندید و به انتظار [خاموش شدن چراغ اسلام و نابودی پیامبر] نشستید و [نسبت به حقایق] در تردید بودید و آرزوها [ی دور و دراز و بی پایه،] شما را فریفت، تا فرمان خدا [به نابودی شما] در رسید و [شیطان] فریبنده، شما را فریب داد.

[دو رویان،] آنان را ندا درمی‌دهند: «آیا ما با شما نبودیم؟» می‌گویند: «چرا، ولی شما خودتان را در بلا افکندید و امروز و فردا کردید و تردید آوردید و آرزوها شما را غرّه کرد تا فرمان خدا آمد و [شیطان ]مغرورکننده، شما را در باره خدا بفریفت.

İkiyüzlüler, inananlara: "Biz sizinle beraber değil miydik" diye seslenirler. Onlar: "Evet öyle; fakat sizler kendinizi aldattınız, bize pusu kurdunuz, Allah'ın buyruğu gelene kadar dinde şüpheye düştünüz; sizi kuruntular aldattı; sizi şeytanlar Allah'a karşı da ayarttı."

Orang-orang munafik itu memanggil mereka (orang-orang mukmin) seraya berkata: "Bukankah kami dahulu bersama-sama dengan kamu?" Mereka menjawab: "Benar, tetapi kamu mencelakakan dirimu sendiri dan menunggu (kehancuran kami) dan kamu ragu-ragu serta ditipu oleh angan-angan kosong sehingga datanglah ketetapan Allah; dan kamu telah ditipu terhadap Allah oleh (syaitan) yang amat penipu.

اور منافقین ایمان والوں سے پکار کر کہیں گے کہ کیا ہم تمہارے ساتھ نہیں تھے تو وہ کہیں گے بیشک مگر تم نے اپنے کو بلاؤں میں مبتلا کردیا اور ہمارے لئے مصائب کے منتظر رہے اور تم نے رسالت میں شک کیا اور تمہیں تمناؤں نے دھوکہ میں ڈالے رکھا یہاں تک کہ حکم خدا آگیا اور تمہیں دھوکہ باز شیطان نے دھوکہ دیا ہے

তারা মুমিনদেরকে ডেকে বলবেঃ আমরা কি তোমাদের সাথে ছিলাম না? তারা বলবেঃ হঁ্যা কিন্তু তোমরা নিজেরাই নিজেদেরকে বিপদগ্রস্ত করেছ। প্রতীক্ষা করেছ, সন্দেহ পোষণ করেছ এবং অলীক আশার পেছনে বিভ্রান্ত হয়েছ, অবশেষে আল্লাহর আদেশ পৌঁছেছে। এই সবই তোমাদেরকে আল্লাহ সম্পর্কে প্রতারিত করেছে।
