ٱلَّذِينَ وَمَن فَإِنَّ هُوَ ﴿٢٤﴾

Translation

Saheeh International

[Those] who are stingy and enjoin upon people stinginess. And whoever turns away - then indeed, Allah is the Free of need, the Praiseworthy.
