هُوَ فِى أَنَّهُمْ إِلَيْنَا لَا ﴿٣٩﴾

Translation

Saheeh International

And he was arrogant, he and his soldiers, in the land, without right, and they thought that they would not be returned to Us.

استکبار؛ لباسی بزرگ‌تر از قامت فرعون

این آیه به استکبار فرعون و فرعونیان و تسلیم نشدن آنها در برابر مبداً و معاد که ریشةٌ جنایات آنها نیز انکار همین دو اصل بودء پرداخته است. به راستی انسان ضعیفی که گاهی قادر به دور کردن پشه‌ای از خود نیست و گاه یک موجود ذره‌بینی به نام میکروب» نیرومندترین افراد او را به زیر خاک می‌فرستد» چگونه می‌تواند خود را بزرگ معرفی کند و دعوی الوهیت نماید؟! در حدیث معروف قدسی آمده است: «تکبر و بزرگیء ردای من است و عظمت. لباسی است که به قامت کبریایی من دوخته شده. هرکس در اینها با من منازعه کندء او را به دوزخ می‌افکنم.» بدیهی است که خدا نیازی به این توصیف‌ها ندارد. مهم این است که طغیانگری انسان زمانی شروع می‌شود که باد کبر و غرورء مغز او را پر می‌کند.
