  • إِن يَشَأْ يُسْكِنِ ٱلرِّيحَ فَيَظْلَلْنَ رَوَاكِدَ عَلَىٰ ظَهْرِهِۦٓ إِنَّ فِى ذَٰلِكَ لَـَٔايَٰتٍ لِّكُلِّ صَبَّارٍ شَكُورٍ

    If He willed, He could still the wind, and they would remain motionless on its surface. Indeed in that are signs for everyone patient and grateful.

  • وَهُوَ ٱلَّذِىٓ أَرْسَلَ ٱلرِّيَٰحَ بُشْرًۢا بَيْنَ يَدَىْ رَحْمَتِهِۦ وَأَنزَلْنَا مِنَ ٱلسَّمَآءِ مَآءً طَهُورًا

    And it is He who sends the winds as good tidings before His mercy, and We send down from the sky pure water

  • وَٱلطَّيْرَ مَحْشُورَةً كُلٌّ لَّهُۥٓ أَوَّابٌ

    And the birds were assembled, all with him repeating [praises].

  • فَكَانَ قَابَ قَوْسَيْنِ أَوْ أَدْنَىٰ

    And was at a distance of two bow lengths or nearer.

  • سَأُرْهِقُهُۥ صَعُودًا

    I will cover him with arduous torment.
