    Indeed, those [worshippers] - destroyed is that in which they are [engaged], and worthless is whatever they were doing."

  • وَإِنَّا لَجَٰعِلُونَ مَا عَلَيْهَا صَعِيدًا جُرُزًا

    And indeed, We will make that which is upon it [into] a barren ground.

  • فَجَعَلَهُمْ جُذَٰذًا إِلَّا كَبِيرًا لَّهُمْ لَعَلَّهُمْ إِلَيْهِ يَرْجِعُونَ

    So he made them into fragments, except a large one among them, that they might return to it [and question].

  • إِن كَانَتْ إِلَّا صَيْحَةً وَٰحِدَةً فَإِذَا هُمْ خَٰمِدُونَ

    It was not but one shout, and immediately they were extinguished.
