مَا أَن لَهُۥٓ حَتَّىٰ فِى ﴿٦٧﴾

Translation

Saheeh International

It is not for a prophet to have captives [of war] until he inflicts a massacre [upon Allah 's enemies] in the land. Some Muslims desire the commodities of this world, but Allah desires [for you] the Hereafter. And Allah is Exalted in Might and Wise.

ء. پیش از پیروزی کامل، اسیر کرفتن ممنوع

این آیه، مسلمانان را به این نکته حساس جنکی توجه می‌دهد که مسلمانان پیش از اطمینان از شکست کامل دشمن نباید به فکر گرفتن اسیر باشند؛ زیرا چنان که از پاره‌ای از روایات استفاده می‌شودء بعضی از مسلمانان تازه‌کار در میدان بدر سعی داشتند دشمن را تا ممکن است. اسیر کنند؛ برای این که طبق معمول جنگ‌های آن روزء» پس از خاتمةٌ جنگء مبلغ فراوانی به نام فدیه یا فداء می‌گرفتند و اسیران را در مقابل آن آزاد می‌کردند. این کار ممکن است در بعضی از مواقع کار خوبی محسوب شود؛ ولی قبل از اطمینان کامل از شکست دشمن، کار خطرناکی است؛ زیرا مشغول شدن به کَرفتن اسیران و بستن دست‌های آنها و انتقال آنان به یک محل مناسب در بسیاری از اوقات» جنگجویان را از اصل هدف جنگ باز می‌دارد» و چه بسا به دشمن زخم‌خورده امکان دهد که حملات خود را تشدید کند و جنگجویان را درهم بکوبد؛ همان‌گونه که در جنگ احدء توجه به جمع‌آوری غنایم» گروهی از مسلمانان را به خود مشغول کرد و دشمن از فرصت بهره گرفت و ضربة نهایی خود را بر مسلمانان وارد کرد. بنابر این» گرفتن اسیرء تنها در وقتی مجاز است که اطمینان کامل از پیروزی بر دشمن حاصل شده و در غیر این صورت باید با ضربات قاطع و کوبنده و پی در پی» قدرت و نیروی دشمن مهاجم را از کار بیندازند. البته به محض حصول اطمینان از این موضوع» ادب انسانی ایجاب می‌کند که دست از کشتن بردارند و به اسیر کردن قناعت کنند. ۱- نمونه ج/۷ ص ۲۳۶ ٣- بیشین، ص ٢٣٣ ۲ المیزان» ج۸ ص ۱۲۸ > **پانوشت صفحه (منابع):** > ۳ نمونه ج۷ ص ۲۳۷ > **Cited sources** (grade before any load-bearing use): Tafsīr Nemūneh, al-Mīzān.

  • فَلَا تَحْسَبَنَّ ٱللَّهَ مُخْلِفَ وَعْدِهِۦ رُسُلَهُۥٓ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ عَزِيزٌ ذُو ٱنتِقَامٍ

    So never think that Allah will fail in His promise to His messengers. Indeed, Allah is Exalted in Might and Owner of Retribution.
