O you who have believed, do not kill game while you are in the state of ihram. And whoever of you kills it intentionally - the penalty is an equivalent from sacrificial animals to what he killed, as judged by two just men among you as an offering [to Allah] delivered to the Ka'bah, or an expiation: the feeding of needy people or the equivalent of that in fasting, that he may taste the consequence of his deed. Allah has pardoned what is past; but whoever returns [to violation], then Allah will take retribution from him. And Allah is Exalted in Might and Owner of Retribution.

O you who have faith! Do not kill any game when you are in pilgrim sanctity. Should any of you kill it intentionally, its atonement, the counterpart from cattle of what he has killed, as judged by two fair men among you, will be an offering brought to the Ka‘bah, or an atonement by feeding needy persons, or its equivalent in fasting, that he may taste the untoward consequences of his conduct. Allah has excused what is already past; but should anyone resume, Allah shall take vengeance on him, for Allah is all-mighty, avenger.

O ye who believe! Kill no wild game while ye are on the pilgrimage. Whoso of you killeth it of set purpose he shall pay its forfeit in the equivalent of that which he hath killed, of domestic animals, the judge to be two men among you known for justice, (the forfeit) to be brought as an offering to the Ka'bah; or, for expiation, he shall feed poor persons, or the equivalent thereof in fasting, that he may taste the evil consequences of his deed. Allah forgiveth whatever (of this kind) may have happened in the past, but whoso relapseth, Allah will take retribution from him. Allah is Mighty, Able to Requite (the wrong).

O ye who believe! Kill not game while in the sacred precincts or in pilgrim garb. If any of you doth so intentionally, the compensation is an offering, brought to the Ka'ba, of a domestic animal equivalent to the one he killed, as adjudged by two just men among you; or by way of atonement, the feeding of the indigent; or its equivalent in fasts: that he may taste of the penalty of his deed. Allah forgives what is past: for repetition Allah will exact from him the penalty. For Allah is Exalted, and Lord of Retribution.

O believers, slay not the game while you are in pilgrim sanctity; whosoever of you slays it wilfully, there shall be recompense -- the like of what he has slain, in flocks as shall be judged by two men of equity among you, an offering to reach the Kaaba; or expiation -- food for poor persons or the equivalent of that in fasting, so that he may taste the mischief of his action. God has pardoned what is past; but whoever offends again, God will take vengeance on him, God is All-mighty, Vengeful.

ای اهل ایمان! در حالی که در احرام [حج یا عمره] هستید، شکار را نکشید. و هر کس از شما عمداً آن را بکشد، کفّاره ای همانند آن از جنس چهارپایانِ [اهلی] بر عهده اوست؛ که [همانند بودن آن را] دو عادل از خودتان گواهی دهند، و به عنوان قربانی به [حریم] کعبه رسد، یا به کفّاره [آن شکار کشته شده معادل قیمت قربانی] به مستمندان طعام دهد، یا برابر تعداد مستمندی که طعام می دهد روزه بگیرد، تا کیفر کار خود را بچشد. خدا از [گناه] کشتن شکارهایی که پیش از این حکم انجام گرفته، درگذشت. و هر که [پس از کفّاره دادن] به شکار کردن بازگردد، خدا از او انتقام می گیرد؛ و خدا توانای شکست ناپذیر و صاحب انتقام است.

ای کسانی که ایمان آورده‌اید، در حالی که محرمید شکار را مکشید، و هر کس از شما عمداً آن را بکشد، باید نظیر آنچه کشته است از چهارپایان کفاره‌ای بدهد، که [نظیر بودنِ‌] آن را دو تن عادل از میان شما تصدیق کنند، و به صورت قربانی به کعبه برسد. یا به کفاره [آن‌] مستمندان را خوراک بدهد، یا معادلش روزه بگیرد، تا سزای زشتکاری خود را بچشد. خداوند از آنچه در گذشته واقع شده عفو کرده است، و[لی‌] هر کس تکرار کند خدا از او انتقام می‌گیرد، و خداوند، توانا و صاحب‌انتقام است.

Ey İnananlar! İhramlı iken avı öldürmeyin. Sizden bile bile onu öldürene, ehli hayvanlardan öldürdüğü kadar olduğuna içinizden iki adil kimsenin hükmedeceği, Kabe'ye ulaşacak bir kurbanı ödeme, yahut düşkünlere yemek yedirme şeklinde keffaret ya da yaptığının ağırlığını tatmak üzere bunlara denk oruç tutma vardır. Allah geçmiştekileri affetmiştir, kim tekrar yaparsa Allah ondan öç alır. Allah Güçlü'dür, Öçalıcı'dır.

Hai orang-orang yang beriman, janganlah kamu membunuh binatang buruan, ketika kamu sedang ihram. Barangsiapa di antara kamu membunuhnya dengan sengaja, maka dendanya ialah mengganti dengan binatang ternak seimbang dengan buruan yang dibunuhnya, menurut putusan dua orang yang adil di antara kamu sebagai had-yad yang dibawa sampai ke Ka'bah atau (dendanya) membayar kaffarat dengan memberi makan orang-orang miskin atau berpuasa seimbang dengan makanan yang dikeluarkan itu, supaya dia merasakan akibat buruk dari perbuatannya. Allah telah memaafkan apa yang telah lalu. Dan barangsiapa yang kembali mengerjakannya, niscaya Allah akan menyiksanya. Allah Maha Kuasa lagi mempunyai (kekuasaan untuk) menyiksa.

ایمان والو حالاُ احرام میں شکار کو نہ مارو اور جو تم میں قصدا ایسا کرے گا اس کی سزا انہی جانوروں کے برابر ہے جنہیں قتل کیا ہے جس کا فیصلہ تم میں سے دو عادل افراد کریں اور اس قربانی کو کعبہ تک جانا چاہئے یا مساکین کے کھانے کی شکل میں کفارہ دیا جائے یا اس کے برابر روزے رکھے جائیں تاکہ اپنے کام کے انجام کا مزہ چکھیں -اللہ نے گزشتہ معاملات کو معاف کردیا ہے لیکن اب جو دوبارہ شکار کرے گا تو اس سے انتقام لے گا اور وہ سب پر غالب آنے والا اور بدلہ لینے والا ہے

মুমিনগণ, তোমরা এহরাম অবস্থায় শিকার বধ করো না। তোমাদের মধ্যে যে জেনেশুনে শিকার বধ করবে, তার উপর বিনিময় ওয়াজেব হবে, যা সমান হবে ঐ জন্তুর, যাকে সে বধ করেছে। দু’জন নির্ভরযোগ্য ব্যক্তি এর ফয়সালা করবে-বিনিময়ের জন্তুটি উৎসর্গ হিসেবে কাবায় পৌছাতে হবে। অথবা তার উপর কাফফারা ওয়াজেব-কয়েকজন দরিদ্রকে খাওয়ানো অথবা তার সমপরিমাণ রোযা রাখতে যাতে সে স্বীয় কৃতকর্মের প্রতিফল আস্বাদন করে। যা হয়ে গেছে, তা আল্লাহ মাফ করেছেন। যে পুনরায় এ কান্ড করবে, আল্লাহ তার কাছ থেকে প্রতিশোধ নিবেন। আল্লাহ পরাক্রান্ত, প্রতিশোধ গ্রহণে সক্ষম।
