Then eat from all the fruits and follow the ways of your Lord laid down [for you]." There emerges from their bellies a drink, varying in colors, in which there is healing for people. Indeed in that is a sign for a people who give thought.

Then eat from every [kind of] fruit and follow meekly the ways of your Lord.’ There issues from its belly a juice of diverse hues, in which there is a cure for the people. There is indeed a sign in that for a people who reflect.

Then eat of all fruits, and follow the ways of thy Lord, made smooth (for thee). There cometh forth from their bellies a drink divers of hues, wherein is healing for mankind. Lo! herein is indeed a portent for people who reflect.

Then to eat of all the produce (of the earth), and find with skill the spacious paths of its Lord: there issues from within their bodies a drink of varying colours, wherein is healing for men: verily in this is a Sign for those who give thought.

Then eat of all manner of fruit, and follow the ways of your Lord easy to go upon.' Then comes there forth out of their bellies a drink of diverse hues wherein is healing for men. Surely in that is a sign for a people who reflect.

آن گاه از همه محصولات و میوه ها بخور، پس در راه های پروردگارت که برای تو هموار شده [به سوی کندو] برو؛ از شکم آنها [شهدی] نوشیدنی با رنگ های گوناگون بیرون می آید که در آن درمانی برای مردم است. قطعاً در این [حقیقت] نشانه ای [بر قدرت، لطف و رحمت خدا] ست برای مردمی که می اندیشند.

سپس از همه میوه‌ها بخور، و راههای پروردگارت را فرمانبردارانه، بپوی. [آنگاه‌] از درون [شکم‌] آن، شهدی که به رنگهای گوناگون است بیرون می‌آید. در آن، برای مردم درمانی است. راستی در این [زندگی زنبوران‌] برای مردمی که تفکر می‌کنند نشانه [قدرت الهی‌] است.

Rabbin bal arısına: "Dağlarda, ağaçlarda ve hazırlanmış kovanlarda yuva edin; sonra her çeşit üründen ye; sonra da Rabbinin işlemen için gösterdiği yollardan yürü" diye öğretti. Karınlarından insanlara şifa olan çeşitli renklerde bal çıkar. Düşünen bir millet için bunda ibret vardır.

kemudian makanlah dari tiap-tiap (macam) buah-buahan dan tempuhlah jalan Tuhanmu yang telah dimudahkan (bagimu). Dari perut lebah itu ke luar minuman (madu) yang bermacam-macam warnanya, di dalamnya terdapat obat yang menyembuhkan bagi manusia. Sesungguhnya pada yang demikian itu benar-benar terdapat tanda (kebesaran Tuhan) bagi orang-orang yang memikirkan.

اس کے بعد مختلف پھلوں سے غذا حاصل کرے اور نرمی کے ساتھ خدائی راستہ پر چلے جس کے بعد اس کے شکم سے مختلف قسم کے مشروب برآمد ہوں گے جس میں پورے عالم انسانیت کے لئے شفا کا سامان ہے اور اس میں بھی فکر کرنے والی قوم کے لئے ایک نشانی ہے

এরপর সর্বপ্রকার ফল থেকে ভক্ষণ কর এবং আপন পালনকর্তার উম্মুক্ত পথ সমূহে চলমান হও। তার পেট থেকে বিভিন্ন রঙে পানীয় নির্গত হয়। তাতে মানুষের জন্যে রয়েছে রোগের প্রতিকার। নিশ্চয় এতে চিন্তাশীল সম্প্রদায়ের জন্যে নিদর্শন রয়েছে।
