39

وَمَآ مِّن فِىٓ فَلَا وَمَآ مِّن فَأُو۟لَٰٓئِكَ هُمُ ﴿٣٩﴾

Translation

Saheeh International

And whatever you give for interest to increase within the wealth of people will not increase with Allah. But what you give in zakah, desiring the countenance of Allah - those are the multipliers.

ربای حلال

مفسران برای این آیه تفاسیر گوناگونی ارایه کرده‌اند؛ ولی از همه روشن‌تر و با روایت اهل بیت پیامبر هماهنگ‌تر این است که منظور هدایایی است که بعضی از افراد برای دیگران -به خصوص صاحبان مال و ثروت - می‌برند تا پاداشی بیشتر و بهتر از آنها دریافت کنند. بدیهی است در این گونه هدایاء نه استحقاق طرف در نظر گرفته می‌شود و نه شایستگی‌ها و اولویت‌ها؛ بلکه تمام توجه به این است که این هدایا به جایی داده شود که مبلغ بیشتری باز گردد. طبیعی است چنین هدایایی که اخلاصی در آن نیست.ء از نظر اخلاقی و معنوی بی‌ارزش است. بنا بر این» مراد از ربا در این آیه هدیه و عطیه است و منظور از جملة «لیربوا فی اموال الناس»» گرفتن پاداش بیشتر از مردم است. بی‌شک گرفتن چنین پاداشی حرام نیست؛ چون شرط و قراردادی در کار نبوده؛ ولی بدون ارزش معنوی و اخلاقی است. در روایات متعددی که از امام صادق (ع) رسیده از آن به ربای حلال تعبیر شده است؛ در مقابل ربای حرام که در آن شرط و قراردادی گذارده می‌شود.
