And We appointed for them companions who made attractive to them what was before them and what was behind them [of sin], and the word has come into effect upon them among nations which had passed on before them of jinn and men. Indeed, they [all] were losers.

We have assigned them companions who make their present [conduct] and future [state] seem decorous to them, and the word became due against them along with the nations of jinn and humans that passed away before them. They were indeed losers.

And We assigned them comrades (in the world), who made their present and their past fairseeming unto them. And the Word concerning nations of the jinn and humankind who passed away before them hath effect for them. Lo! they were ever losers.

And We have destined for them intimate companions (of like nature), who made alluring to them what was before them and behind them; and the sentence among the previous generations of Jinns and men, who have passed away, is proved against them; for they are utterly lost.

We have allotted them comrades, and they have decked out fair to them that which is before them and behind them. So against them has been realized the Word concerning nations that passed away before them, men and jinn alike; surely they were losers.

[به خاطر کفر و طغیانشان] برای آنان همنشینانی [مفسد و تبهکار] گماشتیم که لذایذ مادی و شهوانی حال و آینده را در نظرشان زیبا و دلربا جلوه دادند، و فرمان عذاب بر آنان در [زمره] گروه هایی از جن و انس که پیش از آنان گذشتند، محقق و ثابت شد، آنان بی تردید زیانکارند.

و برای آنان دمسازانی گذاشتیم، و آنچه در دسترس ایشان و آنچه در پی آنان بود در نظرشان زیبا جلوه دادند و فرمان [عذاب‌] در میان امّتهایی از جن و انس که پیش از آنان روزگار به سر برده بودند، بر ایشان واجب آمد، چرا که آنها زیانکاران بودند.

Onların yanına bir takım yardakçılar koyarız da geçmişlerini geleceklerini onlara güzel gösterirler. Verilen söz, gerek cinlerden ve gerekse insanlardan, gelip geçmiş ümmetler içinde, onların aleyhine gerçekleşmiştir. Doğrusu onlar hüsranda idiler.

Dan Kami tetapkan bagi mereka teman-teman yang menjadikan mereka memandang bagus apa yang ada di hadapan dan di belakang mereka dan tetaplah atas mereka keputusan azab pada umat-umat yang terdahulu sebelum mereka dari jinn dan manusia, sesungguhnya mereka adalah orang-orang yang merugi.

اور ہم نے خود بھی ان کے لئے ہم نشین فراہم کردیئے تھے جنہوں نے اس کے پچھلے تمام امور ان کی نظروں میں آراستہ کردیئے تھے اور ان پر بھی وہی عذاب ثابت ہوگیا جو ان کے پہلے انسان اور جنّات کے گروہوں پر ثابت ہوچکا تھا کہ یہ سب کے سب خسارہ والوں میں تھے

আমি তাদের পেছনে সঙ্গী লাগিয়ে দিয়েছিলাম, অতঃপর সঙ্গীরা তাদের অগ্র-পশ্চাতের আমল তাদের দৃষ্টিতে শোভনীয় করে দিয়েছিল। তাদের ব্যাপারেও শাস্তির আদেশ বাস্তবায়িত হল, যা বাস্তবায়িত হয়েছিল তাদের পূর্ববতী জিন ও মানুষের ব্যাপারে। নিশ্চয় তারা ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত।
