آب بدبوی متعفن

در ذیل این آیه از پیامبر اکرم(ص) نقل شده است: «آن آب بدیو و متعفن را نزدیک شخص جهنمی می‌برند. او خود را عقب می‌کشد. آن‌گاه نزدیک‌تر می‌برند. صورتش از حرارت آن بریان شده» پوست سرش کنده می‌شود. هنگامی که آن را می‌آشامد. درونش را متلاشی می‌کند و از پایین تنش خارج می‌شود. خداوند در قرآن در بارةٌ آنها فرموده: «و از آب جوشانی نوشانده می‌شوند که اندرونشان را متلاشی می‌کند.» همچنین فرموده: «و اگر تقاضای آب کنند. آبی برای آنان می‌آورند که همچون فلز گداخته صورت‌ها را بریان می‌کند»»
