And among them, [O Muhammad], are those who listen to you, until when they depart from you, they say to those who were given knowledge, "What has he said just now?" Those are the ones of whom Allah has sealed over their hearts and who have followed their [own] desires.

There are some among them who prick up their ears at you. But when they go out from your presence, they say to those who have been given knowledge, ‘What did he say just now?’ They are the ones on whose hearts Allah has set a seal, and they follow their own desires.

Among them are some who give ear unto thee (Muhammad) till, when they go forth from thy presence they say unto those who have been given knowledge: What was that he said just now? Those are they whose hearts Allah hath sealed, and they follow their own lusts.

And among them are men who listen to thee, but in the end, when they go out from thee, they say to those who have received Knowledge, "What is it he said just then?" Such are men whose hearts Allah has sealed, and who follow their own lusts.

And some of them there are give ear to thee, till, when they go forth from thee, they say to those who have been given knowledge, 'What said he just now?' Those are they upon whose hearts God has set a seal, and they have followed their caprices.

گروهی از آنان [که منافق اند در ظاهر به گفتارت] گوش می دهند، ولی هنگامی که از نزد تو بیرون روند به کسانی که آگاهی و معرفت به آنان داده شده [از روی مسخره] می گویند: هم اکنون چه گفت؟ [ما که گفته او را نفهمیدیم.] آنان کسانی هستند که خدا بر دل هایشان مهر [تیره بختی] نهاده واز هواهای نفسانی خود پیروی کرده اند،

و از میان [منافقان‌] کسانی‌اند که [در ظاهر] به [سخنان‌] تو گوش می‌دهند، ولی چون از نزد تو بیرون می‌روند، به دانش یافتگان می‌گویند: «هم اکنون چه گفت؟» اینان همانانند که خدا بر دلهایشان مهر نهاده است و از هوسهای خود پیروی کرده‌اند.

Onların içinde seni dinleyenler vardır; sonra senin yanından çıkınca, bilgili kimselere "Az önce ne demişti?" diye sorarlar. İşte bunlar, Allah'ın kalblerini mühürlemiş olduğu, kendi heveslerine uyan kimselerdir.

Dan di antara mereka ada orang yang mendengarkan perkataanmu sehingga apabila mereka keluar dari sisimu orang-orang berkata kepada orang yang telah diberi ilmu pengetahuan (sahabat-sahabat Nabi): "Apakah yang dikatakannya tadi?" Mereka itulah orang-orang yang dikunci mati hati mereka oleh Allah dan mengikuti hawa nafsu mereka.

اور ان میں سے کچھ افراد ایسے بھی ہیں جو آپ کی باتیں بظاہر غور سے سنتے ہیں اس کے بعد جب آپ کے پاس سے باہر نکلتے ہیں تو جن لوگوں کو علم دیا گیا ہے ان سے کہتے ہیں کہ انہوں نے ابھی کیا کہا تھا یہی وہ لوگ ہیں جن کے دلوں پر خدا نے مہر لگادی ہے اور انہوں نے اپنی خواہشات کا اتباع کرلیا ہے

তাদের মধ্যে কতক আপনার দিকে কান পাতে, অতঃপর যখন আপনার কাছ থেকে বাইরে যায়, তখন যারা শিক্ষিত, তাদেরকে বলেঃ এইমাত্র তিনি কি বললেন ? এদের অন্তরে আল্লাহ মোহর মেরে দিয়েছেন এবং তারা নিজেদের খেয়াল-খুশীর অনুসরণ করে।
