وَثَمُودُ لُوطٍ لْـَٔيْكَةِ أُو۟لَٰٓئِكَ ﴿١٣﴾

Translation

Saheeh International

And [the tribe of] Thamud and the people of Lot and the companions of the thicket. Those are the companies.

    By those [angels] lined up in rows

  • وَقَيَّضْنَا لَهُمْ قُرَنَآءَ فَزَيَّنُوا۟ لَهُم مَّا بَيْنَ أَيْدِيهِمْ وَمَا خَلْفَهُمْ وَحَقَّ عَلَيْهِمُ ٱلْقَوْلُ فِىٓ أُمَمٍ قَدْ خَلَتْ مِن قَبْلِهِم مِّنَ ٱلْجِنِّ وَٱلْإِنسِ إِنَّهُمْ كَانُوا۟ خَٰسِرِينَ

    And We appointed for them companions who made attractive to them what was before them and what was behind them [of sin], and the word has come into effect upon them among nations…

  • إِلَّآ ءَالَ لُوطٍ إِنَّا لَمُنَجُّوهُمْ أَجْمَعِينَ

    Except the family of Lot; indeed, we will save them all
