They have been put under humiliation [by Allah] wherever they are overtaken, except for a covenant from Allah and a rope from the Muslims. And they have drawn upon themselves anger from Allah and have been put under destitution. That is because they disbelieved in the verses of Allah and killed the prophets without right. That is because they disobeyed and [habitually] transgressed.

Wherever they are found, abasement is stamped upon them, except for an asylum from Allah and an asylum from the people. They have earned the wrath of Allah, and poverty has been stamped upon them. That, because they would deny the signs of Allah and kill the prophets unjustly. That, because they would disobey and commit transgression.

Ignominy shall be their portion wheresoever they are found save (where they grasp) a rope from Allah and a rope from men. They have incurred anger from their Lord, and wretchedness is laid upon them. That is because they used to disbelieve the revelations of Allah, and slew the prophets wrongfully. That is because they were rebellious and used to transgress.

Shame is pitched over them (Like a tent) wherever they are found, except when under a covenant (of protection) from Allah and from men; they draw on themselves wrath from Allah, and pitched over them is (the tent of) destitution. This because they rejected the Signs of Allah, and slew the prophets in defiance of right; this because they rebelled and transgressed beyond bounds.

Abasement shall be pitched on them, wherever they are come upon, except they be in a bond of God, and a bond of the people; they will be laden with the burden of God's anger, and poverty shall be pitched on them; that, because they disbelieved in God's signs, and slew the Prophets without right; that, for that they acted rebelliously and were transgressors.

هر زمان و هر کجا یافت شوند، [داغِ] خواری و ذلت بر آنان زده شده، مگر [آنکه] به ریسمانی از جانب خدا [که ایمان به قرآن و نبوّت پیامبر است] و یا ریسمانی از سوی مردمِ [مؤمن که پذیرش ذمه و شرایط آن است، چنگ زنند] و به خشمی از سوی خدا سزاوار شده اند و [داغِ] بینوایی و بدبختی بر آنان زده شد. این بدان سبب است که آنان همواره به آیات خدا کفر می ورزیدند و پیامبران را به ناحق می کشتند، و این [کفرورزی و کشتن پیامبران] به سبب این است که [خدا را] نافرمانی نمودند و همواره [از حدود الهی] تجاوز می کردند.

هر کجا یافته شوند، به خواری دچار شده‌اند -مگر آنکه به پناه امان خدا و زینهار مردم [روند]- و به خشمی از خدا گرفتار آمدند، و [مُهر] بینوایی بر آنان زده شد. این بدان سبب بود که به آیات خدا کفر می‌ورزیدند و پیامبران را بناحق می‌کشتند. [و نیز] این [عقوبت‌] به سزای آن بود که نافرمانی کردند و از اندازه درمی‌گذرانیدند.

Nerede bulunsalar Allah'ın ve inanan insanların himayesinde olanlar müstesna onlara alçaklık damgası vurulmuştur. Allah'tan bir gazaba uğradılar, onlara aşağılık damgası vuruldu. Bu, Allah'ın ayetlerini inkar etmeleri ve haksız yere peygamberleri öldürmelerindendir. Bu, karşı gelmeleri ve taşkınlık yapmalarındandır.

Mereka diliputi kehinaan di mana saja mereka berada, kecuali jika mereka berpegang kepada tali (agama) Allah dan tali (perjanjian) dengan manusia, dan mereka kembali mendapat kemurkaan dari Allah dan mereka diliputi kerendahan. Yang demikian itu karena mereka kafir kepada ayat-ayat Allah dan membunuh para nabi tanpa alasan yang benar. Yang demikian itu disebabkan mereka durhaka dan melampaui batas.

ان پر ذلّت کے نشان لگادئیے گئے ہیں یہ جہاں بھی رہیں مگر یہ کہ خدائی عہد یا لوگوں کے معاہدہ کی پناہ مل جائے .یہ غضبِ الٰہی میں رہیں گے اور ان پر مسکنت کی مار رہے گی. یہ اس لئے ہے کہ یہ آیات الٰہی کا انکار کرتے تھے اور ناحق انبیائ کو قتل کرتے تھے. یہ اس لئے کہ یہ نافرمان تھے اور زیادتیاں کیا کرتے تھے

আল্লাহর প্রতিশ্রুতি কিংবা মানুষের প্রতিশ্রুতি ব্যতিত ওরা যেখানেই অবস্থান করেছে সেখানেই তাদের ওপর লাঞ্ছনা চাপিয়ে দেয়া হয়েছে। আর ওরা উপার্জন করেছে আল্লাহর গযব। ওদের উপর চাপানো হয়েছে গলগ্রহতা। তা এজন্যে যে, ওরা আল্লাহর আয়াতসমূহকে অনবরত অস্বীকার করেছে এবং নবীগনকে অন্যায়ভাবে হত্যা করেছে। তার কারণ, ওরা নাফরমানী করেছে এবং সীমা লংঘন করেছে।
