They request from you a [legal] ruling. Say, "Allah gives you a ruling concerning one having neither descendants nor ascendants [as heirs]." If a man dies, leaving no child but [only] a sister, she will have half of what he left. And he inherits from her if she [dies and] has no child. But if there are two sisters [or more], they will have two-thirds of what he left. If there are both brothers and sisters, the male will have the share of two females. Allah makes clear to you [His law], lest you go astray. And Allah is Knowing of all things.

They ask you for a ruling. Say, ‘Allah gives you a ruling concerning the kalalah: If a man dies and has no children [or parents], but has a sister, for her shall be a half of what he leaves, and he shall inherit from her if she has no children. Allah explains [the laws] for you lest you should go astray, and Allah has knowledge of all things.’

They ask thee for a pronouncement. Say: Allah hath pronounced for you concerning distant kindred. If a man die childless and he have a sister, hers is half the heritage, and he would have inherited from her had she died childless. And if there be two sisters, then theirs are two-thirds of the heritage, and if they be brethren, men and women, unto the male is the equivalent of the share of two females. Allah expoundeth unto you, so that ye err not. Allah is Knower of all things.

They ask thee for a legal decision. Say: Allah directs (thus) about those who leave no descendants or ascendants as heirs. If it is a man that dies, leaving a sister but no child, she shall have half the inheritance: If (such a deceased was) a woman, who left no child, Her brother takes her inheritance: If there are two sisters, they shall have two-thirds of the inheritance (between them): if there are brothers and sisters, (they share), the male having twice the share of the female. Thus doth Allah make clear to you (His law), lest ye err. And Allah hath knowledge of all things.

They will ask thee for a pronouncement. Say: 'God pronounces to you concerning the indirect heirs. If a man perishes having no children, but he has a sister, she shall receive a half of what he leaves, and he is her heir if she has no children. If there be two sisters, they shall receive two-thirds of what he leaves; if there be brothers and sisters, the male shall receive the portion of two females. God makes clear to you, lest you go astray; God has knowledge of everything.

از تو درباره کلاله [یعنی میراث برادران و خواهران] فتوا می خواهند، بگو: خدا درباره کلاله به شما فتوا می دهد: اگر مردی که فرزند ندارد، از دنیا برود وبرای او خواهری باشد، نصف میراثی را که از او به جا مانده خواهر به ارث می برد، و اگر خواهری از دنیا برود و وارثش فقط یک برادر باشد، همه میراث به جا مانده خواهر را برادرش به ارث می برد، و اگر خواهران میّت دو نفر باشند، دو سوم میراث به جا مانده را ارث می برند، و اگر خواهران و برادران متعدد باشند، سهم ارث برای مرد مانند دو زن است. خدا [احکامش را] برای شما بیان می کند تا گمراه نشوید؛ و خدا به همه چیز داناست.

از تو [در باره کلاله‌] فتوا می‌طلبند؛ بگو: «خدا در باره کلاله فتوا می‌دهد: اگر مردی بمیرد و فرزندی نداشته باشد، و خواهری داشته باشد، نصف میراث از آن اوست. و آن [مرد نیز] از او ارث می‌برد، اگر برای او [=خواهر] فرزندی نباشد. پس اگر [ورثه فقط] دو خواهر باشند، دو سوم میراث برای آن دو است، و اگر [چند] خواهر و برادرند، پس نصیب مرد، مانند نصیب دو زن است. خدا برای شما توضیح می‌دهد تا مبادا گمراه شوید، و خداوند به هر چیزی داناست.

Senden fetva isterler, de ki: "Allah size ikinci dereceden mirasçılar hakkında fetva veriyor: "Şayet çocuğu olmayıp bir kızkardeşi bulunan kimse ölürse, bıraktığının yarısı kızkardeşe kalır. Fakat kızkardeşinin çocuğu yoksa kendisi, ona tamamen varis olur. Eğer iki kızkardeş kalmışsa, bıraktığının üçte ikisi onlaradır. Eğer mirasçılar erkek ve kadın kardeşlerse, erkeğe, iki dişinin hissesi kadar vardır. Doğru yoldan saparsınız diye Allah size açıklıyor." Allah her şeyi bilir.

Mereka meminta fatwa kepadamu (tentang kalalah). Katakanlah: "Allah memberi fatwa kepadamu tentang kalalah (yaitu): jika seorang meninggal dunia, dan ia tidak mempunyai anak dan mempunyai saudara perempuan, maka bagi saudaranya yang perempuan itu seperdua dari harta yang ditinggalkannya, dan saudaranya yang laki-laki mempusakai (seluruh harta saudara perempuan), jika ia tidak mempunyai anak; tetapi jika saudara perempuan itu dua orang, maka bagi keduanya dua pertiga dari harta yang ditinggalkan oleh yang meninggal. Dan jika mereka (ahli waris itu terdiri dari) saudara-saudara laki dan perempuan, maka bahagian seorang saudara laki-laki sebanyak bahagian dua orang saudara perempuan. Allah menerangkan (hukum ini) kepadamu, supaya kamu tidak sesat. Dan Allah Maha Mengetahui segala sesuatu.

پیغمبر یہ لوگ آپ سے فتوٰی دریافت کرتے ہیں تو آپ کہہ دیجئے کہ کلالہ (بھائی بہن)کے بارے میں خدا خود یہ حکم بیان کرتا ہے کہ اگر کوئی شخص مر جائے اور اس کی اولاد نہ ہو اور صرف بہن وارث ہو تو اسے ترکہ کا نصف ملے گا اور اسی طرح اگر بہن مر جائے اور اس کی اولاد نہ ہو تو بھائی اس کا وارث ہوگا -پھر اگر وارث دو بہنیں ہیں تو انہیں ترکہ کا دو تہائی ملے گا اور اگر بھائی بہن دونوں ہیں تو مرد کے لئے عورت کا رَہرا حصّہ ہوگا خدا یہ سب واضح کررہا ہے تاکہ تم بہکنے نہ پاؤ اور خدا ہر شے کا خوب جاننے والا ہے

মানুষ আপনার নিকট ফতোয়া জানতে চায় অতএব, আপনি বলে দিন, আল্লাহ তোমাদিগকে কালালাহ এর মীরাস সংক্রান্ত সুস্পষ্ট নির্দেশ বাতলে দিচ্ছেন, যদি কোন পুরুষ মারা যায় এবং তার কোন সন্তানাদি না থাকে এবং এক বোন থাকে, তবে সে পাবে তার পরিত্যাক্ত সম্পত্তির অর্ধেক অংশ এবং সে যদি নিঃসন্তান হয়, তবে তার ভাই তার উত্তরাধিকারী হবে। তা দুই বোন থাকলে তাদের জন্য পরিত্যক্ত সম্পত্তির দুই তৃতীয়াংশ। পক্ষান্তরে যদি ভাই ও বোন উভয়ই থাকে, তবে একজন পুরুষের অংশ দুজন নারীর সমান। তোমরা বিভ্রান্ত হবে আল্লাহ তোমাদিগকে সুস্পষ্ট ভাবে জানিয়ে দিচ্ছেন। আর আল্লাহ হচ্ছেন সর্ব বিষয়ে পরিজ্ঞাত।
