ٱلَّذِينَ لَكُم إِلَّا مَا عَلَيْكُمْ وَأَنتُمْ إِنَّ مَا ﴿١﴾

Translation

Saheeh International

O you who have believed, fulfill [all] contracts. Lawful for you are the animals of grazing livestock except for that which is recited to you [in this Qur'an] - hunting not being permitted while you are in the state of ihram. Indeed, Allah ordains what He intends.

قرآن حکیم (شرح آیات منتخب)

اهمیت وفای به عهد و پیمان‌ها و قراردادها

این سور مبارک با توصیه به وفای به عهد آغاز می‌شود. مفسران» این نکته را ذکر کرده‌اند که منظور از پیمان‌ها و قراردادهاء همةُ پیمان‌هایی است که انسان می‌تواند ببندد؛ اعم از پیمان بنده با خداوندء پیمان مردم با پیامبر یا امامشان» پیمان انسان با خودش و پیمان‌های بین مردم مانند قراردادهای مالیء قرارداد ازدواج و.... با دقت در اجتماع انسان‌ها درمی‌یابیم که اساس یک جامعه بر قراردادها و پیمان‌ها استوار است؛ از کوچک‌ترین جامعه یعنی خانواده گرفته تا جوامع بزرگی مثل کشور. به همین جهته قرآن به شدت بر وفای به عهد و پیمان تأکید کرده است. حتی پس از فتح مکه که قدرت به دست مسلمانان افتاد و قرآن حکم کرد که مشرکان» یامسلمان شوند یا خونشان ریخته شودء قید فرمود که با مشرکانی که با آنها عهد بسته‌اید» کاری نداشته باشید تا هنگامی که مدت عهدشان تمام شود (آیات ابتدایی سورة توبه).البته روشن است که وفای به عهد تا زمانی درست است که طرف مقابل به آن وفا کند. پیشوایان معصوم(ع) نیز تأکید فراوانی بر وفای به عهد کرده‌اند. از پیامبر اکرم(ص) روایت شده است: «کسی که به پیمان خود وفادار نیست. دین ندارد». در روایت دیگری از امام صادق(ع) آمده است: «سه چیز است که خداوند به هیچ کس اجازهٌ مخالفت با آن را نداده است: ۱- ادای امانت در مورد هرکس؛ نیکوکار باشد یا بدکار. ۲- وفای به عهد در بارةُ هر کس؛ نیکوکار باشد یا بدکار. ۳- نیکی به پدر و مادر؛ نیکوکار باشند پا بدکار.»؟
