Those who were oppressed will say to those who were arrogant, "Rather, [it was your] conspiracy of night and day when you were ordering us to disbelieve in Allah and attribute to Him equals." But they will [all] confide regret when they see the punishment; and We will put shackles on the necks of those who disbelieved. Will they be recompensed except for what they used to do?

Those who were abased will say to those who were arrogant, ‘No, [it was your] night and day plotting, when you prompted us to forswear Allah and to set up equals to Him.’ They will hide their remorse when they sight the punishment, and We will put iron collars around the necks of the faithless. Shall they not be requited for what they used to do?

Those who were despised say unto those who were proud: Nay but (it was your) scheming night and day, when ye commanded us to disbelieve in Allah and set up rivals unto Him. And they are filled with remorse when they behold the doom; and We place carcans on the necks of those who disbelieved. Are they requited aught save what they used to do?

Those who had been despised will say to the arrogant ones: "Nay! it was a plot (of yours) by day and by night: Behold! Ye (constantly) ordered us to be ungrateful to Allah and to attribute equals to Him!" They will declare (their) repentance when they see the Penalty: We shall put yokes on the necks of the Unbelievers: It would only be a requital for their (ill) Deeds.

And those that were abased will say to those that waxed proud, 'Nay, but devising night and day, when you were ordering us to disbelieve in God, and to set up compeers to Him.' They will be secretly remorseful when they see the chastisement and We put fetters on the necks of the unbelievers; shall they be recompensed except for what they were doing?

مستضعفان به مستکبران می گویند: بلکه نیرنگ های [پی گیر شما در] شب و روز که به ما فرمان می دادید به خدا کافر شویم و همتایانی برای او قرار دهیم [ما را گمراه کرد]. و هنگامی که عذاب را ببینند، اظهار پشیمانی کنند [شاید نجات یابند]. و ما در گردن کافران غل و زنجیر می نهیم؛ آیا جز آنچه را انجام می دادند جزا داده می شوند.

و کسانی که زیردست بودند به کسانی که [ریاست و] برتری داشتند، می‌گویند: «[نه،] بلکه نیرنگ شب و روز [شما بود] آنگاه که ما را وادار می‌کردید که به خدا کافر شویم و برای او همتایانی قرار دهیم.» و هنگامی که عذاب را ببینند پشیمانی خود را آشکار کنند. و در گردنهای کسانی که کافر شده‌اند غُلها می‌نهیم؛ آیا جز به سزای آنچه انجام می‌دادند می‌رسند؟

Güçsüz sayılanlar da büyüklük taslayanlara: "Hayır gece gündüz hile kuruyor ve bize Allah'ı inkar etmemizi, O'na ortaklar koşmamızı emrediyordunuz" derler. Azabı gördüklerinde, ettiklerine içleri yanar. İnkar edenlerin boyunlarına demir halkalar vururuz. Yaptıklarından başka bir şeyin mi cezasını çekerler?

Dan orang-orang yang dianggap lemah berkata kepada orang-orang yang menyombongkan diri: "(Tidak) sebenarnya tipu daya(mu) di waktu malam dan siang (yang menghalangi kami), ketika kamu menyeru kami supaya kami kafir kepada Allah dan menjadikan sekutu-sekutu bagi-Nya". Kedua belah pihak menyatakan penyesalan tatkala mereka melihat azab. Dan kami pasang belenggu di leher orang-orang yang kafir. Mereka tidak dibalas melainkan dengan apa yang telah mereka kerjakan.

اور کمزور لوگ بڑے لوگوں سے کہیں گے کہ یہ تمہاری دن رات کی مکاری کا اثر ہے جب تم ہمیں حکم دیتے تھے کہ خدا کا انکار کریں اور اس کے لئے مثل قرار دیں اور عذاب دیکھنے کے بعد لوگ اپنے دل ہی دل میں شرمندہ بھی ہوں گے اور ہم کفر اختیار کرنے والوں کی گردن میں طوق بھی ڈال دیں گے کیا ان کو اس کے علاوہ کوئی بدلہ دیا جائے گا جو اعمال یہ کرتے رہے ہیں

দুর্বলরা অহংকারীদেরকে বলবে, বরং তোমরাই তো দিবারাত্রি চক্রান্ত করে আমাদেরকে নির্দেশ দিতে যেন আমরা আল্লাহকে না মানি এবং তাঁর অংশীদার সাব্যস্ত করি তারা যখন শাস্তি দেখবে, তখন মনের অনুতাপ মনেই রাখবে। বস্তুতঃ আমি কাফেরদের গলায় বেড়ী পরাব। তারা সে প্রতিফলই পেয়ে থাকে যা তারা করত।
