And they ask you about menstruation. Say, "It is harm, so keep away from wives during menstruation. And do not approach them until they are pure. And when they have purified themselves, then come to them from where Allah has ordained for you. Indeed, Allah loves those who are constantly repentant and loves those who purify themselves."

They ask you concerning [intercourse during] menses. Say, ‘It is hurtful.’ So keep away from wives during the menses, and do not approach them till they are clean. And when they become clean, go into them as Allah has commanded you. Indeed Allah loves the penitent and He loves those who keep clean.

They question thee (O Muhammad) concerning menstruation. Say: It is an illness, so let women alone at such times and go not in unto them till they are cleansed. And when they have purified themselves, then go in unto them as Allah hath enjoined upon you. Truly Allah loveth those who turn unto Him, and loveth those who have a care for cleanness.

They ask thee concerning women's courses. Say: They are a hurt and a pollution: So keep away from women in their courses, and do not approach them until they are clean. But when they have purified themselves, ye may approach them in any manner, time, or place ordained for you by Allah. For Allah loves those who turn to Him constantly and He loves those who keep themselves pure and clean.

They will question thee concerning the monthly course. Say: 'It is hurt; so go apart from women during the monthly course, and do not approach them till they are clean. When they have cleansed themselves, then come unto them as God has commanded you.' Truly, God loves those who repent, and He loves those who cleanse themselves.

از تو درباره حیض می پرسند، بگو: حیض، حالت ناملایم و زیان باری است؛ پس در زمان حیض از [آمیزش با] زنان کناره گیری کنید، و با آنان نزدیکی ننمایید تا پاک شوند؛ و هنگامی که پاک شدند از جایی که خدا به شما فرمان داده با آنان آمیزش کنید. یقیناً خدا کسانی را که بسیار توبه می کنند، و کسانی را که خود را [با پذیرش انواع پاکی ها از همه آلودگی ها] پاکیزه می کنند. دوست دارد.

از تو در باره عادت ماهانه [زنان‌] می‌پرسند، بگو: «آن، رنجی است. پس هنگام عادت ماهانه، از [آمیزش با] زنان کناره گیری کنید، و به آنان نزدیک نشوید تا پاک شوند. پس چون پاک شدند، از همان جا که خدا به شما فرمان داده است، با آنان آمیزش کنید.» خداوند توبه‌کاران و پاکیزگان را دوست می‌دارد.

Sana, kadınların aybaşı hali hakkında da sorarlar, de ki: "O bir ezadır (rahatsızlıktır)". Aybaşı halinde iken kadınlardan el çekin, temizlenmelerine kadar onlara yaklaşmayın. Temizlendikleri zaman, Allah'ın size buyurduğu yoldan yaklaşın. Allah şüphesiz daima tevbe edenleri sever, temizlenenleri de sever.

Mereka bertanya kepadamu tentang haidh. Katakanlah: "Haidh itu adalah suatu kotoran". Oleh sebab itu hendaklah kamu menjauhkan diri dari wanita di waktu haidh; dan janganlah kamu mendekati mereka, sebelum mereka suci. Apabila mereka telah suci, maka campurilah mereka itu di tempat yang diperintahkan Allah kepadamu. Sesungguhnya Allah menyukai orang-orang yang bertaubat dan menyukai orang-orang yang mensucikan diri.

اور اے پیغمبر یہ لوگ تم سے ایاّم حیض کے بارے میں سوال کرتے ہیں تو کہہ دو کہ حیض ایک اذیت اور تکلیف ہے لہذا اس زمانے میں عورتوں سے الگ رہو اور جب تک پاک نہ ہوجائیں ان کے قریب نہ جاؤ پھر جب پاک ہوجائیں تو جس طرح سے خدا نے حکم دیا ہے اس طرح ان کے پاس جاؤ. بہ تحقیق خدا توبہ کرنے والوں اور پاکیزہ رہنے والوں کو دوست رکھتا ہے

আর তোমার কাছে জিজ্ঞেস করে হায়েয (ঋতু) সম্পর্কে। বলে দাও, এটা অশুচি। কাজেই তোমরা হায়েয অবস্থায় স্ত্রীগমন থেকে বিরত থাক। তখন পর্যন্ত তাদের নিকটবর্তী হবে না, যতক্ষণ না তারা পবিত্র হয়ে যায়। যখন উত্তম রূপে পরিশুদ্ধ হয়ে যাবে, তখন গমন কর তাদের কাছে, যেভাবে আল্লাহ তোমাদেরকে হুকুম দিয়েছেন। নিশ্চয়ই আল্লাহ তওবাকারী এবং অপবিত্রতা থেকে যারা বেঁচে থাকে তাদেরকে পছন্দ করেন।
