They swear by Allah that they did not say [anything against the Prophet] while they had said the word of disbelief and disbelieved after their [pretense of] Islam and planned that which they were not to attain. And they were not resentful except [for the fact] that Allah and His Messenger had enriched them of His bounty. So if they repent, it is better for them; but if they turn away, Allah will punish them with a painful punishment in this world and the Hereafter. And there will not be for them on earth any protector or helper.

They swear by Allah that they did not say it. But they certainly did utter the word of unfaith and renounced faith after their Islam. They contemplated what they could not achieve, and they were vindictive only because Allah and His Apostle had enriched them out of His grace. Yet if they repent, it will be better for them; but if they turn away, Allah shall punish them with a painful punishment in this world and the Hereafter, and they shall not find on the earth any guardian or helper.

They swear by Allah that they said nothing (wrong), yet they did say the word of disbelief, and did disbelieve after their Surrender (to Allah). And they purposed that which they could not attain, and they sought revenge only that Allah by His messenger should enrich them of His bounty. If they repent it will be better for them; and if they turn away, Allah will afflict them with a painful doom in the world and the Hereafter, and they have no protecting friend nor helper in the earth.

They swear by Allah that they said nothing (evil), but indeed they uttered blasphemy, and they did it after accepting Islam; and they meditated a plot which they were unable to carry out: this revenge of theirs was (their) only return for the bounty with which Allah and His Messenger had enriched them! If they repent, it will be best for them; but if they turn back (to their evil ways), Allah will punish them with a grievous penalty in this life and in the Hereafter: They shall have none on earth to protect or help them.

They swear by God that they said nothing, but they indeed said the word of unbelief and disbelieved, after they had surrendered. They purposed what they never attained to, and they took revenge only that God enriched them, and His Messenger, of His bounty. So if they repent it will be better for them; if they turn away, God will chastise them with a painful chastisement in this world and the next; on the earth they have no protector or helper.

همواره سوگند می خورند که [بر ضد پیامبر سخن ناروا و نادرست] نگفته اند، در صورتی که سخن کفرآمیز گفته اند و پس از اسلامشان کافر شده اند و به آنچه [از اهداف خائنانه ای که] دست نیافتند، اهتمام ورزیدند، و زبان به عیب جویی و انکار [نسبت به پیامبر] نگشودند مگر پس از آنکه خدا و پیامبرش آنان را از فضل و احسان خود توانگر ساختند؛ پس اگر توبه کنند برای آنان بهتر است؛ و اگر روی [از خدا و پیامبر] برگردانند، خدا آنان را در دنیا و آخرت به عذابی دردناک مجازات خواهد کرد و آنان را در زمین سرپرست و یاری [برای نجاتشان از چنگال عذاب] نخواهد بود.

به خدا سوگند می‌خورند که [سخن ناروا] نگفته‌اند، در حالی که قطعاً سخن کفر گفته و پس از اسلام آوردنشان کفر ورزیده‌اند، و بر آنچه موفق به انجام آن نشدند همّت گماشتند، و به عیبجویی برنخاستند مگر [بعد از] آنکه خدا و پیامبرش از فضل خود آنان را بی‌نیاز گردانیدند. پس اگر توبه کنند برای آنان بهتر است، و اگر روی برتابند، خدا آنان را در دنیا و آخرت عذابی دردناک می‌کند، و در روی زمین یار و یاوری نخواهند داشت.

And olsun ki, müslüman olduktan sonra inkar edip küfür sözünü söylemişler iken, söylemedik diye Allah'a yemin ettiler, başaramayacakları bir şeye giriştiler; Allah ve Peygamberi bol nimetinden onları zenginleştirdi ve öç almaya kalktılar. Eğer tevbe ederlerse iyiliklerine olur; şayet yüz çevirirlerse, Allah onları dünya ve ahirette can yakıcı azaba uğratır. Yeryüzünde bir dost ve yardımcıları yoktur.

Mereka (orang-orang munafik itu) bersumpah dengan (nama) Allah, bahwa mereka tidak mengatakan (sesuatu yang menyakitimu). Sesungguhnya mereka telah mengucapkan perkataan kekafiran, dan telah menjadi kafir sesudah Islam dan mengingini apa yang mereka tidak dapat mencapainya, dan mereka tidak mencela (Allah dan Rasul-Nya), kecuali karena Allah dan Rasul-Nya telah melimpahkan karunia-Nya kepada mereka. Maka jika mereka bertaubat, itu adalah lebih baik bagi mereka, dan jika mereka berpaling, niscaya Allah akan mengazab mereka dengan azab yang pedih di dunia dan akhirat; dan mereka sekali-kali tidaklah mempunyai pelindung dan tidak (pula) penolong di muka bumi.

یہ اپنی باتوں پر اللہ کی قسم کھاتے ہیں کہ ایسا نہیں کہا حالانکہ انہوں نے کلمہ کفر کہا ہے اور اپنے اسلام کے بعد کافر ہوگئے ہیں اور وہ ارادہ کیا تھا جو حاصل نہیں کرسکے اور ان کا غصہّ صرف اس بات پر ہے کہ اللہ اور رسول نے اپنے فضل و کرم سے مسلمانوں کو نواز دیا ہے -بہرحال یہ اب بھی توبہ کرلیں تو ان کے حق میں بہتر ہے اور منہ پھیرلیں تو اللہ ان پر دنیا اور آخرت میں دردناک عذاب کرے گا اور روئے زمین پر کوئی ان کا سرپرست اور مددگار نہ ہوگا

তারা কসম খায় যে, আমরা বলিনি, অথচ নিঃসন্দেহে তারা বলেছে কুফরী বাক্য এবং মুসলমান হবার পর অস্বীকৃতিজ্ঞাপনকারী হয়েছে। আর তারা কামনা করেছিল এমন বস্তুর যা তারা প্রাপ্ত হয়নি। আর এসব তারই পরিণতি ছিল যে, আল্লাহ ও তাঁর রসূল তাদেরকে সম্পদশালী করে দিয়েছিলেন নিজের অনুগ্রহের মাধ্যমে। বস্তুতঃ এরা যদি তওবা করে নেয়, তবে তাদের জন্য মঙ্গল। আর যদি তা না মানে, তবে তাদের কে আযাব দেবেন আল্লাহ তা’আলা, বেদনাদায়ক আযাব দুনিয়া ও আখেরাতে। অতএব, বিশ্বচরাচরে তাদের জন্য কোন সাহায্যকারী-সমর্থক নেই।
