أُو۟لَٰٓئِكَ ٱلَّذِينَ عَنْهُم مَّا ﴿٢١﴾

Translation

Saheeh International

Those are the ones who will have lost themselves, and lost from them is what they used to invent.

خسارت بزرگ

مقصود از «اولئک الذین خسروا انفسهم» کسانی هستند که سرمایة وجود خود را از دست داده‌اند. انسان در حقیقت مالک هیچ چیزی جز وجود خودش نیست. اگر وجود خودش را - که تنها دارایی اوست - در معاملةٌ دنیا به چیزی بفروشد که هلاکت و نابودی او در آن است» بی‌شک در این معامله ضرر کرده و هر چه آن چیز بی‌ارزش‌تر باشد» ضرر این معامله بیشتر است و او زیانکارتر می‌شود.

  • أُو۟لَٰٓئِكَ ٱلَّذِينَ لَيْسَ لَهُمْ فِى ٱلْـَٔاخِرَةِ إِلَّا ٱلنَّارُ وَحَبِطَ مَا صَنَعُوا۟ فِيهَا وَبَٰطِلٌ مَّا كَانُوا۟ يَعْمَلُونَ

    Those are the ones for whom there is not in the Hereafter but the Fire. And lost is what they did therein, and worthless is what they used to do.

  • وَضَلَّ عَنْهُم مَّا كَانُوا۟ يَدْعُونَ مِن قَبْلُ وَظَنُّوا۟ مَا لَهُم مِّن مَّحِيصٍ

    And lost from them will be those they were invoking before, and they will be certain that they have no place of escape.

  • أَتَوَاصَوْا۟ بِهِۦ بَلْ هُمْ قَوْمٌ طَاغُونَ

    Did they suggest it to them? Rather, they [themselves] are a transgressing people.

  • وَمَنْ خَفَّتْ مَوَٰزِينُهُۥ فَأُو۟لَٰٓئِكَ ٱلَّذِينَ خَسِرُوٓا۟ أَنفُسَهُم بِمَا كَانُوا۟ بِـَٔايَٰتِنَا يَظْلِمُونَ

    And those whose scales are light - they are the ones who will lose themselves for what injustice they were doing toward Our verses.
