And he had over them no authority except [it was decreed] that We might make evident who believes in the Hereafter from who is thereof in doubt. And your Lord, over all things, is Guardian.

He had no authority over them, but that We may ascertain those who believe in the Hereafter from those who are in doubt about it, and your Lord is watchful over all things.

And he had no warrant whatsoever against them, save that We would know him who believeth in the Hereafter from him who is in doubt thereof; and thy Lord (O Muhammad) taketh note of all things.

But he had no authority over them,- except that We might test the man who believes in the Hereafter from him who is in doubt concerning it: and thy Lord doth watch over all things.

Yet he had no authority over them, but that We might know him who believed in the Hereafter from him who was in doubt thereof Thy Lord is Guardian over everything.

و ابلیس را بر آنان [در اینکه فرمان بردارشان کند] هیچ تسلطی نبود [جز وسوسه کردن و باز بودن راه وسوسه بر او، هیچ سببی نداشت] مگر اینکه می خواستیم کسانی را که به آخرت ایمان دارند از آنان که درباره آن در تردیدند مشخص کنیم؛ و پروردگارت بر هر چیزی نگهبان است.

و [شیطان‌] را بر آنان تسلطی نبود، جز آنکه کسی را که به آخرت ایمان دارد از کسی که در باره آن در تردید است باز شناسیم. و پروردگار تو بر هر چیزی نگاهبان است.

Oysa İblis'in onlar üzerinde bir nüfuzu yoktu; ama Biz ahirete inanan kimselerle ondan şüphede olanları, işte böylece ortaya koyarız. Rabbin her şeyi gözetip koruyandır.

Dan tidak adalah kekuasaan iblis terhadap mereka, melainkan hanyalah agar Kami dapat membedakan siapa yang beriman kepada adanya kehidupan akhirat dari siapa yang ragu-ragu tentang itu. Dan Tuhanmu Maha Memelihara segala sesuatu.

اور شیطان کو ان پر اختیار حاصل نہ ہوتا مگر ہم یہ جاننا چاہتے ہیں کون آخرت پر ایمان رکھتا ہے اور کون اس کی طرف سے شک میں مبتلا ہے اور آپ کا پروردگار ہر شے کا نگراں ہے

তাদের উপর শয়তানের কোন ক্ষমতা ছিল না, তবে কে পরকালে বিশ্বাস করে এবং কে তাতে সন্দেহ করে, তা প্রকাশ করাই ছিল আমার উদ্দেশ্য। আপনার পালনকর্তা সব বিষয়ে তত্ত্বাবধায়ক।
