And when Our verses are recited to them as clear evidences, those who do not expect the meeting with Us say, "Bring us a Qur'an other than this or change it." Say, [O Muhammad], "It is not for me to change it on my own accord. I only follow what is revealed to me. Indeed I fear, if I should disobey my Lord, the punishment of a tremendous Day."

When Our manifest signs are recited to them, those who do not expect to encounter Us say, ‘Bring a Quran other than this, or alter it.’ Say, ‘I may not alter it of my own accord. I follow only what is revealed to me. Indeed should I disobey my Lord, I fear the punishment of a tremendous day.’

And when Our clear revelations are recited unto them, they who look not for the meeting with Us say: Bring a Lecture other than this, or change it. Say (O Muhammad): It is not for me to change it of my accord. I only follow that which is inspired in me. Lo! if I disobey my Lord I fear the retribution of an awful Day.

But when Our Clear Signs are rehearsed unto them, those who rest not their hope on their meeting with Us, Say: "Bring us a reading other than this, or change this," Say: "It is not for me, of my own accord, to change it: I follow naught but what is revealed unto me: if I were to disobey my Lord, I should myself fear the penalty of a Great Day (to come)."

And when Our signs are recited to them, clear signs, those who look not to encounter Us say, 'Bring a Koran other than this, or alter it.' Say: 'It is not for me to alter it of my own accord. I follow nothing, except what is revealed to me. Truly I fear, if I should rebel against my Lord, the chastisement of a dreadful day.'

و هنگامی که آیات روشن ما بر آنان خوانده شود، کسانی که دیدار [قیامت] ما [و محاسبه شدن اعمالشان] را امید ندارند، می گویند: قرآنی غیر این بیاور یا آن را [به آیاتی دیگر که خوش آیند طبع ما باشد] تغییر ده!! بگو: مرا نرسد که آن را از نزد خود تغییر دهم؛ جز آنچه را به من وحی می شود، پیروی نمی کنم؛ من اگر پروردگارم را نافرمانی کنم، از عذاب روزی بزرگ می ترسم.

و چون آیات روشن ما بر آنان خوانده شود، آنانکه به دیدار ما امید ندارند می‌گویند: «قرآن دیگری جز این بیاور، یا آن را عوض کن.» بگو: «مرا نرسد که آن را از پیش خود عوض کنم. جز آنچه را که به من وحی می‌شود پیروی نمی‌کنم. اگر پروردگارم را نافرمانی کنم، از عذاب روزی بزرگ می‌ترسم.»

Ayetlerimiz onlara açık açık okununca, bizimle karşılaşmayı ummayanlar, "Bundan başka bir Kuran getir veya bunu değiştir" dediler. De ki: "Onu kendiliğimden değiştiremem, ben ancak, bana vahyolunana uyarım. Ben Rabbime karşı gelirsem, büyük günün azabına uğramaktan korkarım."

Dan apabila dibacakan kepada mereka ayat-ayat Kami yang nyata, orang-orang yang tidak mengharapkan pertemuan dengan Kami berkata: "Datangkanlah Al Quran yang lain dari ini atau gantilah dia". Katakanlah: "Tidaklah patut bagiku menggantinya dari pihak diriku sendiri. Aku tidak mengikut kecuali apa yang diwahyukan kepadaku. Sesungguhnya aku takut jika mendurhakai Tuhanku kepada siksa hari yang besar (kiamat)".

اور جب ان کے سامنے ہماری آیات کی تلاوت کی جاتی ہے تو جن لوگوں کو ہماری ملاقات کی امید نہیں ہے وہ کہتے ہیں کہ اس کے علاوہ کوئی دوسرا قرآن لائیے یا اسی کو بدل دیجئے تو آپ کہہ دیجئے کہ مجھے اپنی طرف سے بدلنے کا کوئی اختیار نہیں ہے میں تو صرف اس امر کا اتباع کرتا ہوں جس کی میری طرف وحی کی جاتی ہے میں اپنے پروردگار کی نافرمانی کروں تو مجھے ایک بڑے عظےم دن کے عذاب کا خوف ہے

আর যখন তাদের কাছে আমার প্রকৃষ্ট আয়াত সমূহ পাঠ করা হয়, তখন সে সমস্ত লোক বলে, যাদের আশা নেই আমার সাক্ষাতের, নিয়ে এসো কোন কোরআন এটি ছাড়া, অথবা একে পরিবর্তিত করে দাও। তাহলে বলে দাও, একে নিজের পক্ষ থেকে পরিবর্তিত করা আমার কাজ নয়। আমি সে নির্দেশেরই আনুগত্য করি, যা আমার কাছে আসে। আমি যদি স্বীয় পরওয়ারদেগারের নাফরমানী করি, তবে কঠিন দিবসের আযাবের ভয় করি।
