But as for those who disbelieved, [it will be said], "Were not Our verses recited to you, but you were arrogant and became a people of criminals?

But as for the faithless, [they will be asked,] ‘Were not My signs recited to you? But you were disdainful, and you were a guilty lot.

And as for those who disbelieved (it will be said unto them): Were not Our revelations recited unto you? But ye were scornful and became a guilty folk.

But as to those who rejected Allah, (to them will be said): "Were not Our Signs rehearsed to you? But ye were arrogant, and were a people given to sin!

But as for those who have disbelieved: 'Were not My signs recited to you, and you waxed proud, and were a sinful people?

و اما کسانی که کفر ورزیدند [به آنان گفته می شود:] مگر آیات من همواره بر شما خوانده نمی شد؟ ولی شما [نسبت به پذیرش آن] تکبّر ورزیدید و قومی گنهکار بودید.

و اما کسانی که کافر شدند [بدانها می‌گویند:] «پس مگر آیات من بر شما خوانده نمی‌شد؟ و[لی‌] تکبر نمودید و مردمی بدکار بودید.»

Ama, inkar eden kimselere denir ki: "Ayetlerim size okunmuş, siz de büyüklenip suçlu bir millet olmuştunuz değil mi?"

Dan adapun orang-orang yang kafir (kepada mereka dikatakan): "Maka apakah belum ada ayat-ayat-Ku yang dibacakan kepadamu lalu kamu menyombongkan diri dan kamu jadi kaum yang berbuat dosa?"

اور جن لوگوں نے کفر اختیار کیا تو کیا تمہارے سامنے ہماری آیات کی تلاوت نہیں ہورہی تھی لیکن تم نے اکڑ سے کام لیا اور بیشک تم ایک مجرم قوم تھے

আর যারা কুফর করেছে, তাদেরকে জিজ্ঞাসা করা হবে, তোমাদের কাছে কি আয়াতসমূহ পঠিত হত না? কিন্তু তোমরা অহংকার করছিলে এবং তোমরা ছিলে এক অপরাধী সম্প্রদায়।
