And keep yourself patient [by being] with those who call upon their Lord in the morning and the evening, seeking His countenance. And let not your eyes pass beyond them, desiring adornments of the worldly life, and do not obey one whose heart We have made heedless of Our remembrance and who follows his desire and whose affair is ever [in] neglect.

Content yourself with the company of those who supplicate their Lord morning and evening, desiring His Face, and do not lose sight of them, desiring the glitter of the life of this world. And do not obey him whose heart We have made oblivious to Our remembrance, and who follows his own desires, and whose conduct is [mere] profligacy.

Restrain thyself along with those who cry unto their Lord at morn and evening, seeking His Countenance; and let not thine eyes overlook them, desiring the pomp of the life of the world; and obey not him whose heart We have made heedless of Our remembrance, who followeth his own lust and whose case hath been abandoned.

And keep thy soul content with those who call on their Lord morning and evening, seeking His Face; and let not thine eyes pass beyond them, seeking the pomp and glitter of this Life; no obey any whose heart We have permitted to neglect the remembrance of Us, one who follows his own desires, whose case has gone beyond all bounds.

And restrain thyself with those who call upon their Lord at morning and evening, desiring His countenance, and let not thine eyes turn away from them, desiring the adornment of the present life; and obey not him whose heart We have made neglectful of Our remembrance so that he follows his own lust, and his affair has become all excess.

با کسانی که صبح و شام، پروردگارشان را می خوانند در حالی که همواره خشنودی او را می طلبند، خود را پایدار و شکیبا دار، و در طلب زینت و زیور زندگی دنیا دیدگانت [از التفات] به آنان [به سوی ثروتمندان] برنگردد، و از کسی که دلش را [به سبب کفر و طغیانش] از یاد خود غافل کرده ایم و از هوای نفسش پیروی کرده و کارش اسراف و زیاده روی است، اطاعت مکن.

و با کسانی که پروردگارشان را صبح و شام می‌خوانند [و] خشنودی او را می‌خواهند، شکیبایی پیشه کن، و دو دیده‌ات را از آنان برمگیر که زیور زندگی دنیا را بخواهی، و از آن کس که قلبش را از یاد خود غافل ساخته‌ایم و از هوس خود پیروی کرده و [اساس‌] کارش بر زیاده‌روی است، اطاعت مکن.

Sabah akşam Rablerinin rızasını dileyerek O'na yalvaranlarla beraber sen de sabret. Dünya hayatının güzelliklerini isteyerek gözlerini o kimselerden ayırma. Bizi anmasını kendisine unutturduğumuz ve işinde aşırı giderek hevesine uyan kimseye uyma.

Dan bersabarlah kamu bersama-sama dengan orang-orang yang menyeru Tuhannya di pagi dan senja hari dengan mengharap keridhaan-Nya; dan janganlah kedua matamu berpaling dari mereka (karena) mengharapkan perhiasan dunia ini; dan janganlah kamu mengikuti orang yang hatinya telah Kami lalaikan dari mengingati Kami, serta menuruti hawa nafsunya dan adalah keadaannya itu melewati batas.

اور اپنے نفس کو ان لوگوں کے ساتھ صبر پر آمادہ کرو جو صبح و شام اپنے پروردگار کو پکارتے ہیں اور اسی کی مرضی کے طلب گار ہیں اور خبردار تمہاری نگاہیں ان کی طرف سے پھر نہ جائیں کہ زندگانی دنیا کی زینت کے طلب گار بن جاؤ اور ہرگز اس کی اطاعت نہ کرنا جس کے قلب کو ہم نے اپنی یاد سے محروم کردیا ہے اور وہ اپنی خواہشات کا پیروکار ہے اور اس کا کام سراسر زیادتی کرنا ہے

আপনি নিজেকে তাদের সংসর্গে আবদ্ধ রাখুন যারা সকাল ও সন্ধ্যায় তাদের পালনকর্তাকে তাঁর সন্তুষ্টি অর্জনের উদ্দেশ্যে আহবান করে এবং আপনি পার্থিব জীবনের সৌন্দর্য কামনা করে তাদের থেকে নিজের দৃষ্টি ফিরিয়ে নেবেন না। যার মনকে আমার স্মরণ থেকে গাফেল করে দিয়েছি, যে, নিজের প্রবৃত্তির অনুসরণ করে এবং যার কার্য কলাপ হচ্ছে সীমা অতিক্রম করা, আপনি তার অনুগত্য করবেন না।
