94

إِلَيْكُمْ إِذَا إِلَيْهِمْ لَّا لَن لَكُمْ قَدْ مِنْ ثُمَّ إِلَىٰ بِمَا ﴿٩٤﴾

Translation

Saheeh International

They will make excuses to you when you have returned to them. Say, "Make no excuse - never will we believe you. Allah has already informed us of your news. And Allah will observe your deeds, and [so will] His Messenger; then you will be taken back to the Knower of the unseen and the witnessed, and He will inform you of what you used to do."

طرد متخلفان از جهاد

در شأن نزول این آیه و دو آَیة بعد نقل شده است که پس از آن که پیامبر(ص) از جنگ تبوک به مدینه بازگشت, گروهی از منافقان را که از جهاد در راه خدا سرباز زده بودند و شمارشان به هشتاد نفر می‌رسید» طرد کرده» در بارةٌ ایشان فرمود: «نه با آنها نشست و برخاست کنید و نه با آنها سخن بگویید.» این آیات به وضعیت آنها اشاره دارد.

    And say, "Do [as you will], for Allah will see your deeds, and [so, will] His Messenger and the believers. And you will be returned to the Knower of the unseen and the witnessed…

  • وَإِن يُرِيدُوٓا۟ أَن يَخْدَعُوكَ فَإِنَّ حَسْبَكَ ٱللَّهُ هُوَ ٱلَّذِىٓ أَيَّدَكَ بِنَصْرِهِۦ وَبِٱلْمُؤْمِنِينَ

    But if they intend to deceive you - then sufficient for you is Allah. It is He who supported you with His help and with the believers

  • وَيْلٌ لِّكُلِّ أَفَّاكٍ أَثِيمٍ

    Woe to every sinful liar

  • سَيَقُولُونَ لِلَّهِ قُلْ فَأَنَّىٰ تُسْحَرُونَ

    They will say, "[All belongs] to Allah." Say, "Then how are you deluded?"
