You will find others who wish to obtain security from you and [to] obtain security from their people. Every time they are returned to [the influence of] disbelief, they fall back into it. So if they do not withdraw from you or offer you peace or restrain their hands, then seize them and kill them wherever you overtake them. And those - We have made for you against them a clear authorization.

You will find others desiring to be secure from you, and secure from their own people; yet whenever they are called back to polytheism, they relapse into it. So if they do not keep out of your way, nor offer you peace, nor keep their hands off [from fighting], then seize them and kill them wherever you confront them, and it is such against whom We have given you a clear sanction.

Ye will find others who desire that they should have security from you, and security from their own folk. So often as they are returned to hostility they are plunged therein. If they keep not aloof from you nor offer you peace nor hold their hands, then take them and kill them wherever ye find them. Against such We have given you clear warrant.

Others you will find that wish to gain your confidence as well as that of their people: Every time they are sent back to temptation, they succumb thereto: if they withdraw not from you nor give you (guarantees) of peace besides restraining their hands, seize them and slay them wherever ye get them: In their case We have provided you with a clear argument against them.

You will find others desiring to be secure from you, and secure from their people, yet whenever they are returned to temptation, they are overthrown in it. If they withdraw not from you, and offer you peace, and restrain their hands, take them, and slay them wherever you come on them; against them We have given you a clear authority.

به زودی گروهی دیگر را می یابید که می خواهند [با پیمان متارکه جنگ] از ناحیه شما و قوم [مُشرکِ] خود ایمن و آسوده باشند، [ولی اینان به خاطر خباثت باطنشان نسبت به پیمان هایشان مورد اطمینان نیستند، به همین سبب] هر بار به فتنه [و جنگ با مسلمانان] دعوت شدند، با سر در آن فرو می افتند. پس اگر [از جنگ با شما] کناره نگرفتند، و پیشنهاد صلح و آشتی نکردند، و بر ضد شما دست [از فتنه و آشوب] برنداشتند، آنان را هر جا یافتید بگیرید و بکشید؛ آنانند که ما برای شما نسبت به [گرفتن و کشتن] آنان دلیلی روشن و آشکار قرار دادیم.

به زودی، گروهی دیگر را خواهید یافت که می‌خواهند از شما آسوده خاطر و از قوم خود [نیز] ایمن باشند. هر بار که به فتنه بازگردانده شوند، سر در آن فرو می‌برند. پس اگر از شما کناره‌گیری نکردند و به شما پیشنهاد صلح نکردند و از شما دست برنداشتند، هر کجا آنان را یافتید به اسارت بگیرید و بکشیدشان. آنانند که ما برای شما علیه ایشان تسلطی آشکار قرار داده‌ایم.

Diğerlerinin de sizden ve kendi milletlerinden güvende olmayı istediklerini göreceksiniz. Ne var ki fitneciliğe her çağırıldıklarında ona can atarlar; eğer sizden uzak durmazlar, barış teklif etmezler ve sizden el çekmezlerse onları yakalayın, bulduğunuz yerde öldürün. İşte onların aleyhlerine size apaçık ferman verdik.

Kelak kamu akan dapati (golongan-golongan) yang lain, yang bermaksud supaya mereka aman dari pada kamu dan aman (pula) dari kaumnya. Setiap mereka diajak kembali kepada fitnah (syirik), merekapun terjun kedalamnya. Karena itu jika mereka tidak membiarkan kamu dan (tidak) mau mengemukakan perdamaian kepadamu, serta (tidak) menahan tangan mereka (dari memerangimu), maka tawanlah mereka dan bunuhlah mereka dan merekalah orang-orang yang Kami berikan kepadamu alasan yang nyata (untuk menawan dan membunuh) mereka.

عنقریب تم ایک اور جماعت کو پاؤ گے جو چاہتے ہیں کہ تم سے بھی محفوظ رہیں اور اپنی قوم سے بھی- یہ جب بھی فتنہ کی طرف بلائے جاتے ہیں الٹے اس میں اوندھے منہ گر پڑتے ہیں لہذا یہ اگر تم سے الگ نہ ہوں اور صلح کا پیغام نہ دیں اور ہاتھ نہ روکیں تو انہیں گرفتار کرلو اور جہاں پاؤ قتل کردو یہی وہ ہیں کہ جن پر تمہیں کھلا غلبہ عطا کیا گیا ہے

এখন তুমি আরও এক সম্প্রদায়কে পাবে। তারা তোমাদের কাছেও স্বজাতির কাছেও এবং নির্বিঘ্ন হয়ে থাকতে চায়। যখন তাদেরকে ফ্যাসাদের প্রতি মনোনিবেশ করানো হয়, তখন তারা তাতে নিপতিত হয়, অতএব তারা যদি তোমাদের থেকে নিবৃত্ত না হয়, তোমাদের সাথে সন্ধি না রাখে এবং স্বীয় হস্তসমূহকে বিরত না রাখে, তবে তোমরা তাদেরকে পাকড়াও কর এবং যেখানে পাও হত্যা কর। আমি তাদের বিরুদ্ধে তোমাদেরকে প্রকাশ্য যুক্তি-প্রমাণ দান করেছি।
