And to [the people of] Madyan [We sent] their brother Shu'ayb. He said, "O my people, worship Allah; you have no deity other than Him. There has come to you clear evidence from your Lord. So fulfill the measure and weight and do not deprive people of their due and cause not corruption upon the earth after its reformation. That is better for you, if you should be believers.

And to [the people of] Midian [We sent] Shu‘ayb, their brother. He said, ‘O my people, worship Allah! You have no other god besides Him. There has certainly come to you a manifest proof from your Lord. Observe fully the measure and the balance, and do not cheat the people of their goods, and do not cause corruption on the earth after its restoration. That is better for you, if you are faithful.

And unto Midian (We sent) their brother, Shu'eyb. He said: O my people! Serve Allah. Ye have no other Allah save Him. Lo! a clear proof hath come unto you from your Lord; so give full measure and full weight and wrong not mankind in their goods, and work not confusion in the earth after the fair ordering thereof. That will be better for you, if ye are believers.

To the Madyan people We sent Shu'aib, one of their own brethren: he said: "O my people! worship Allah; Ye have no other god but Him. Now hath come unto you a clear (Sign) from your Lord! Give just measure and weight, nor withhold from the people the things that are their due; and do no mischief on the earth after it has been set in order: that will be best for you, if ye have Faith.

And to Midian their brother Shuaib; he said, 'O my people, serve God! You have no god other than He; there has now come to you a clear sign from your Lord. So fill up the measure and the balance, and diminish not the goods of the people; and do not corruption in the land, after it has been set right; that is better for you, if you are believers.

و به سوی مردم مدین، برادرشان شعیب را [فرستادیم،] گفت: ای قوم من! خدا را بپرستید که شما را جز او معبودی نیست، یقیناً برهانی روشن از سوی پروردگارتان برای شما آمد، پس پیمانه و ترازو را تمام و کامل بدهید، و از اجناس و اموال و حقوق مردم مکاهید، و در زمین پس از اصلاح آن [به وسیله رسالت پیامبران] فساد مکنید، این [امور] برای شما بهتر است، اگر مؤمنید.

و به سوی [مردم‌] مدین، برادرشان شعیب را [فرستادیم‌]؛ گفت: «ای قوم من، خدا را بپرستید که برای شما هیچ معبودی جز او نیست. در حقیقت، شما را از جانب پروردگارتان برهانی روشن آمده است. پس پیمانه و ترازو را تمام نهید، و اموال مردم را کم مدهید، و در زمین، پس از اصلاح آن فساد مکنید. این [رهنمودها] اگر مؤمنید برای شما بهتر است.»

Medyen halkına da kardeşleri Şuayb'ı gönderdik, onlara şöyle dedi: "Ey milletim! Allah'a kulluk edin, O'ndan başka tanrınız yoktur. Rabbinizden size bir belge geldi. Ölçü ve tartıyı tam yapın, insanların eşyasını eksik vermeyin, düzelttikten sonra yeryüzünde bozgunculuk etmeyin; inanıyorsanız bilin ki, bunlar sizin için hayırlıdır."

Dan (Kami telah mengutus) kepada penduduk Mad-yan saudara mereka, Syu'aib. Ia berkata: "Hai kaumku, sembahlah Allah, sekali-kali tidak ada Tuhan bagimu selain-Nya. Sesungguhnya telah datang kepadamu bukti yang nyata dari Tuhanmu. Maka sempurnakanlah takaran dan timbangan dan janganlah kamu kurangkan bagi manusia barang-barang takaran dan timbangannya, dan janganlah kamu membuat kerusakan di muka bumi sesudah Tuhan memperbaikinya. Yang demikian itu lebih baik bagimu jika betul-betul kamu orang-orang yang beriman".

اور ہم نے قوم مدین کی طرف ان کے بھائی شعیب علیھ السّلامکو بھیجا تو انہوں نے کہا کہ اللہ کی عبادت کرو کہ اس کے علاوہ کوئی خدا نہیں ہے - تمہارے پاس پروردگار کی طرف سے دلیل آچکی ہے اب ناپ تول کو پورا پورا رکھو اور لوگوں کو چیزیں کم نہ دو اور اصلاح کے بعد زمین میں فساد برپا نہ کرو -یہی تمہارے حق میں بہتر ہے اگر تم ایمان لانے والے ہو

আমি মাদইয়ানের প্রতি তাদের ভাই শোয়ায়েবকে প্রেরণ করেছি। সে বললঃ হে আমার সম্প্রদায়! তোমরা আল্লাহর এবাদত কর। তিনি ব্যতীত তোমাদের কোন উপাস্য নেই। তোমাদের কাছে তোমাদের প্রতিপালকের পক্ষ থেকে প্রমাণ এসে গেছে। অতএব তোমরা মাপ ও ওজন পূর্ন কর এবং মানুষকে তাদের দ্রব্যদি কম দিয়ো না এবং ভুপৃষ্টের সংস্কার সাধন করার পর তাতে অনর্থ সৃষ্টি করো না। এই হল তোমাদের জন্যে কল্যাণকর, যদি তোমরা বিশ্বাসী হও।
