And when they meet those who believe, they say, "We believe"; but when they are alone with their evil ones, they say, "Indeed, we are with you; we were only mockers."

When they meet the faithful, they say, ‘We believe,’ but when they are alone with their devils, they say, ‘We are with you; we were only deriding [them].’

And when they fall in with those who believe, they say: We believe; but when they go apart to their devils they declare: Lo! we are with you; verily we did but mock.

When they meet those who believe, they say: "We believe;" but when they are alone with their evil ones, they say: "We are really with you: We (were) only jesting."

When they meet those who believe, they say, 'We believe'; but when they go privily to their Satans, they say, 'We are with you; we were only mocking.'

و هنگامی که با اهل ایمان دیدار کنند، گویند: ما ایمان آوردیم و چون با شیطان هایشان [که سرانِ شرک و کفرند] خلوت گزینند، گویند: بدون شک ما با شماییم، جز این نیست که ما [با تظاهر به ایمان] آنان را مسخره می کنیم.

و چون با کسانی که ایمان آورده‌اند برخورد کنند، می‌گویند: «ایمان آوردیم »، و چون با شیطانهای خود خلوت کنند، می‌گویند: «در حقیقت ما با شماییم، ما فقط [آنان را] ریشخند می‌کنیم.»

İnananlara rastladıkları zaman, "İnandık" derler, elebaşılarıyla baş başa kaldıklarında, "Biz şüphesiz sizinleyiz, onlarla sadece alay etmekteyiz" derler.

Dan bila mereka berjumpa dengan orang-orang yang beriman, mereka mengatakan: "Kami telah beriman". Dan bila mereka kembali kepada syaitan-syaitan mereka, mereka mengatakan: "Sesungguhnya kami sependirian dengan kamu, kami hanyalah berolok-olok".

جب یہ صاحبانِ ایمان سے ملتے ہیںتو کہتے ہیں کہ ہم ایمان لے آئے اور جب اپنے شیاطین کی خلوتوں میں جاتے ہیں تو کہتے ہیں کہ ہم تمہاری ہی پارٹی میں ہیں ہم تو صرف صاحبانِ ایمان کا مذاق اڑاتے ہیں

আর তারা যখন ঈমানদারদের সাথে মিশে, তখন বলে, আমরা ঈমান এনেছি। আবার যখন তাদের শয়তানদের সাথে একান্তে সাক্ষাৎ করে, তখন বলে, আমরা তোমাদের সাথে রয়েছি। আমরা তো (মুসলমানদের সাথে) উপহাস করি মাত্রা।
